The frame truck plays an irreplaceable role in logistics transportation of steelmetallurgy, with advantage of strong carrying capacity, high efficiency and safe reliability,and so on. At present,the foreign frame truck has better reliability than internal frametruck, however, the internal frame truck has advantages in terms of price and spare parts.Therefore, reliability and economy is now the mainstream market demand.120T tractionframe truck uses semi-trailer form, In terms of reliability, the traction semi-trailer andelectro-hydraulic control technology is mature technology and applicates widely.Compared with the same tonnage of integral frame truck, it costs fell by40%~50%.In this paper, It discusses the application advantages of the traction frame truck,analyse performance and structure of vehicle, and research on the system control strategy.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) It discusses the role of the frame truck for logistics transport in the metallurgicalindustry and the advantages of the traction frame truck.It introduces some key techniques,such as electro-hydraulic control technology, structure finite element analysis, systemsimulation, and so on.(2) It introduces the structure performance of truck. It alculates reasonably tractor, anddesign key components of truck, such as column shaft and frame, through the finiteelement analysis of UG. It will research on hydraulic redundant system and electroniccontrol strategy, and illustrate the design of safety and reliability for the truck.(3) It focuses on performance and dynamic characteristics of the load sensitivevariable pump. On account of AMESim, it designs modeling of the main hydrauliccomponents for system, and select accumulator, Building the hydraulic lifting system byAMESim to analysis the oil compliance of accuracy and single suspension and suspensionparallel.(4) By detailed, it designs steering structure and electronic control strategy, analysisthe steering cylinder mounting method having influence on the performance of system. Onaccount of AMESim, it studies the stability of the truck turning. By means of CoDeSys, it builds controller module, and tests angles, which come from encoders.
