In recent years, along with large numbers of residential pollution problems appearand the enhancement of residents’ health awareness,“Healthy House” gradually into thehorizon, and be popular. Healthy house starting with human health, emphasize thephysical and mental health of people, be based on the health residential technology, toensure a healthy and comfortresidential environment. While full investigation of thesituation of residential environment in different areas and identify the typical influencefactors, is essential for the promotion of healthy house. Therefore, based on nationalfive-year subject “Research on characterization parameters and evaluationmethodologyof indoor health environment”, the mainly works introduced in this articleas follow:1.Introduces the common living environment problems、source and the harms tohuman health, aimed at providing the basis for the later questionnaire designing andhealth effect analysis.2.Mainly acquaintances the living environment present situation、residents livinghabits and health status of more than1300households in chongqing by questionnairesurvey, and compares five western inlandcities of Xian、Lanzhou、Chengdu、Kunming、Guiyang in the main living environment problemsof indoor ventilation、environmentalperception and health status, aimed at understanding the particularityofliving environment problems in Chongqing.3.The measurement to the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity、typicalindoor pollutants concentration of46homes indicates that the concentration ofcarbonmonoxide、nitrogen dioxide、ammonia and ozone are far lower than the nationalstandards, the average concentration of carbonmonoxide is794±304ppm, just individualfamilyexceed the standards, while concentration of formaldehyde reach53.3%. Afterresearching on the law that the pollutant concentration vares along with therenovationtime、ventilationquality and decorative materials based on independentsamplesTtest, itcome to the conclusion that: formaldehyde concentration decays over time in firstpower law, the fitting curveare: y0.304x.R0.656. Theformaldehydeconcentrationare unusurally high in houses which useconsolidatedwoodenfloor when the renovation time less than one year. Houses with well ventilationqualityhave a obvious lower pollutant concentrationwhenthe renovation time less thansixmonths. 4.Logistic regression analysis was used to research on the influence ofeach factorsthat associated with environmental in questionnaire survey on the residents nonspecificsymptoms, common respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases. Results: there are25significant factors associated with nonspecific symptoms (P <0.5). These factors notonly significantly affect the occurrence of nonspecific symptoms, but also have a have asignificant impact to the occurrence of common respiratory diseases and cardiovasculardiseases in one or more symptoms. Every level of different factors have a differentinfluence on nonspecific symptoms, some factors can significantly affect the occurrenceof nonspecific symptoms in a lower level, some factors can only have a significantimpact in a high level, while the health effect of some others is a gradual process. Inaddition, by using Logistic regression method based on principal componentimprovement, removes the collinearity among factors, the relative importance of21factors closely related to people’s life is studied.5. Based on the activity law of residents in Chongqing, analyzes the relevancebetween total residential exposure of pollutants daily and residents nonspecificsymptoms, and gets that the incidence of eye irritation, respiratory tract irritation, central nervous and skin irritation symptoms are on the rise along with the increases offormaldehyde exposure as a whole. There is a certain stimulus threshold among theimpaction that pollutants exposure worked on various nonspecific symptoms, when theexposure is below the threshold, the incidence of symptoms is low, when come to theopposite situation, the incidence rised significantly.Different exposure could causedifferent nonspecific symptoms.6. According to the results of survey and analysis, and combined with the researchresults at home and abroad in regard to “Healthy House”, analyze and complemente thesections of living environment in《Technical specification for eonsthvction of healthyhousing》, based which, the technical measures that can keep living environment healtysystematically are analyzed.
