A Tentative Study On The Image Designing Of Female Employees In Longmen Grottoes Tourist Attraction

The whole image of cultural tourism scenic spot organization unit has graduallybeen the most important invisible assets in the competitive market, with the coming ofimage economic times and the rapid development of the cultural tourism. As thepractical creators of scenic image, scenic employees have an important role intransmitting the historical culture and improving scenic image. But for the specialpopulation theory of image design system is not perfect, the scenic employees inChina there have many problems in there image, such as the fuzzy managementconcept, lack of the functionality and scenic cultural features, etiquette norms needs tobe improved and so on. The image of scenic employees with scenic characteristic notonly meets beauty pursuing of tourists, but also improve the scenic image. Therefore,there is high sustainability and considerable economic benefits,having provokedinterests of more and more experts and scholars in scenic organization and imagedesigning units.The paper focuses on the image designing of female employees in LongmenGrottoes tourist attraction. Its methodology includes theoretical analysis, surveyinterview, deduction and induction. Meanwhile, The paper intends to have an in-depthunderstanding of the image design theory and Chinese image design tradition. Itsultimate goal is to put forward effective image design advices and establish a“four-dimensional” image design model which takes consideration into the staff’sown characteristics and needs. Based on historical background and responsibility ofLongmen Grottoes, the paper designs a special image design for the female staff.It points out that the staff image design is a holistic concept which pursuespersonalization from overall agreement. The image design for Longmen Grottoes staffis a “four-dimensional” image design model which builds staff image, jobresponsibility, cultural image of Longmen Grottoes and sustainable development. Thefemale staff design is based on the belief of “Zen religion, simplicity, gentle, elegant”,with the theme of “Buddism and Tang-Dynasty style”. Besides, it also correspondswith scenic connotation and image of office lady. The study depends on both texts andpictures so that the theory can be put into actual design and its effectiveness can be proved through experiments. The image design for female staff in Longmen Grottoesnot only solves the specific problem but also promotes the image design theory,which enhances the development of staff image design for scenic spots.
