Jianpi Granule (sugar free) based on the original Jianpi Granules (sucrose) ofChinese medicine by the reforms of the form of a sugar free granules. Jianpi Granules(sucrose) Department of traditional Chinese medicine standard of Chinese medicinesecond contains the medicine preparation, Codonopsis, Atractylodes macrocephala by(fried), dried tangerine peel, citrus aurantium (fried), hawthorn (fried), malt(speculation) composed of6kinds of Chinese medicine. Function Jianpi appetizers;for the weak stomach, abdominal distension, eat less loose stools. Traditional Chinesemedicine is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, clinical curative effect,the market response is good. But the original form of the following shortcomings:1,preparation parameters is not perfect enough to clear: the original formulation processonly clear on the decocting time, decocting times, but for the solvent and extractdensity is not clear.2, quality control standards are very backward: only thecharacters and the routine inspection standard formulation quality.3, large dosage:raw sugar granules standard medicinal prescription for a total volume of1250g, tosucrose as accessories, made a total of4375g particles, a14g (equivalent to4G crudedrug), the dosage is large, and sucrose containing particles are not suitable for use inpatients with diabetes and obesity. Will be sugar with other materials to replace madeno sugar granule, can significantly reduce the particle ingestion, convenient fordifferent patients. Main contents and the results are as follows:1. to study the extraction process: the new hesperidin as index to investigate thedifferent water volume, total to granulating difficulty and made into particles as indexto investigate the density of the extract, adding6times amount of water, decoctingbetter, extract density in1.24~1.28(60℃) when the granulation is better.2. study on the forming process: the ratio of finished product, taste andhygroscopicity and mobility, as the index, inspect the preparation quality. Moldingprocess that spleen particles, namely the extract, adding about830g dextrin,stevioside and the amount of8G80%ethanol, granulation, drying, granulation.3. Study Jianpi Granule quality standard quality standard research: no sugargranule of prescription in Codonopsis, Atractylodes macrocephala (fried), dried tangerine peel, hawthorn (fried) were studied by TLC, resulting in increasedAtractylodes (fried), dried tangerine peel, hawthorn (fried) TLC method. At the sametime, the content of the preparation of new hesperidin, naringin HPLC weredetermined, and the method of study; the quality standard can effectively control thequality of the products, improves the quality of the controllability of the product;4. Jianpi Granule stability research: by room temperature method and speed upthe sample observation was used to investigate the results of its appearance, thedifferential, the load difference, water, melt and the determination results are inaccord with the quality standard of hygiene inspection, also in accordance with theprovisions, said basically stable Ming Jianpi Granule in stability test period, validitywas two years.
