| In this paper, we take Lankao County as the research object, based on its basicsituation of economic and social development, through questionnaires, the indexsystem of ecological county construction and ecological features zoning, to identifyproblems and gaps and propose specific measures of ecological county construction.The paper is divided into six parts and the first part is an introduction which presentsthe background and significance of the research and research status of overseas anddomestic. The second part is about the ecological county construction and planningstudies, in which describes the definition and connotation of ecological countyconstruction and the theoretical basis of ecological county planning, and alsointroduces a national index system of ecological county construction and ecologicalfunction zoning approaches. The third part analyzes the basic conditions of Lankao’secological county construction. We first introduce the geography, economic andenvironmental status of Lankao County and then analyze the advantages, constraintsand major problems of its ecological construction. In the fourth part we do a survey invarious sectors of society by questionnaire, in part5, we can conclude that Lankaocurrently there is a great distance from the standard ecological county;In part6, weanalyze and assess changes in the ecological environment of Lankao County.Combining ecological function zoning principles and methods, we divide Lankao intosix functional areas, by using GIS technology. We also analyze the characteristics andproblems of the functional areas, and design differentiated government protectionpolicies. |
