Ecological County Planning Method Base On 3S Technology In Yanling County

As a main way of sustainable development, ecological county construction has presently popularized over China with the making of reasonable and scientific construction planning on requirements of ecological county as its premise and safeguard.3S technologies which represent Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing and Global Positioning System are becoming a kind of new powerful methodology in ecological planning. Ecosystem features can be represented in digital forms which make the ecological information acquisition, date analysis, decision making become more convenient and precise.This paper is based on basic thought and theory of ecological planning, plan the organization of the basic data to process and start treatment from the ecological county planning, studies and analyzes GeoDatabase geographical database work pattern and advantage in managing the basic data. On this basis, makes the studying of three application embodiments with Yanling County database's establishment, ecological function zoning, and ecological production of thematic maps, to explore an ecological county planning method based on 3S technological platform, the main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Establishment of the database of Yanling County's ecological construction planning. Study on the method with RS and GPS for collecting basic social, economic, environmental data in Yanling County, and divide the data gathered into space data and attribute data. Adopt GeoDatabase geographical database in ArcGIS software to store the platform for the space data, and indicators according to the ecological system of the county subdivision construction plan to establish the ecological environment, social progress and economic development of three spatial data sub-library; To attribute materials such as economy, society, population, land, climate, hydrology,etc., select Microsoft AQL Server to establish attribute database; Regard ArcView as the engine of the database, pass the construction plan database of ecological county of imperial tomb of related setting-up inflammation of one of corresponding data in every database. Practice shows that the establishment of Yanling County database software to effectively manage the county GeoDatabase ecological basic data is needed for planning.(2) The method of ecological function region in Yanling County.
