In this paper,aiming at the defects existing in the traditional injection moldingprocess,build finite element model of RHCM injection molding process coupled heattransfer of3D mold,according to the distribution of transient temperature field of dieRHCM technology,based on the numerical analysis method,the computational fluiddynamics and optimization method. According to the complex surfaces with the shapeof plastic parts to design the rapid heating and cooling channel. Through combinesrapid heating and cooling and injection molding process, highly integratedmathematical model,and then to analyze the transient numerical simulation,obtainreliable results,the simulation results are discussed. Study of the change regulation ofthe transient temperature field distribution of the mold cavity surface,transienttemperature field distribution of injection part,pressure field distribution,densityfield distribution,viscosity field distribution,warping deformation of injection part,within each forming stage of multi-cycles during RHCM injection process,and theinterrelation of them.With the average temperature of mold cavity surface at the end of the rapidlyheating stage,the average temperature of plastic central layer at the ejection moment,the maximum warpage value for optimal indices,and the melt temperature,coolanttemperature,cooling time and heating time as factors,to arrange test based onresponse surface method of central composite design,carry out the numericalsimulation of RHCM injection mold process of multi-cycle coupled transient heattransfer of mold. The test results are analyzed to obtain the second ordermathematical model between the response indicators and melt temperature,coolanttemperature,cooling time and the heating time. With multi-objective optimization,obtain the optimal solution set of process parameters. Meet the quality requirementsof plastic products,which according to the actual production needs,ocus on findingthe best solution at the optimal combination of process parameters. Optimal processparameters combination was applied to practical production,forming a perfect andhigh gloss surface of the automobile light distribution mirror.
