Building rubbishes, also known as building wastes, are the useless or theunnecessary materials that produced by the building construction, maintenance anddemolition activities. According to statistics, the total amount of building wastes inChina has accounted for30%to40%in total amount of urban wastes. Under thebackground of energy conservation and emission reduction, how to make full use ofthe urban building wastes has become the focus.This research is based on the Xixian North Link Line Project and makes analysis onseveral problems such as how to process building wastes in order to make them besatisfied with the requirement of the roadbed stuffing for expressway, how tolaminate the building wastes and how to control the moisture content during thelaminating process, whether the maximum dry density can be satisfied with therequirement of the roadbed stuffing and so on. By analyzing the component of thewastes around the support construction, the author picks out a suitable laminatingequipment for the building wastes as well as puts forward a laminating processwhich will laminate the wastes as the following steps: sieving-rejecting-laminating.This paper also prepares the building wastes mixture according to the mainconstituents of the building wastes. According to the features of the road engineering,this paper analyzes the best water content, the maximum dry density, the bearingradio and the chemical composition of the different mixture. Finally, fill theroadbed with building waste aggregates after screening and processed crushing,based on that, a reasonable construction machinery combination, grinding processand control method on the thickness of the layer, compaction degree in connectionwith roadbed filling with building wastes can be obtained by measuring roadbedsettlement amount and rebound deflection under different grinding frequencies.The results is useful for the recycling of the building wastes and the roadbedengineering filled by building wastes.
