Hospital sewage is easy to cause the space pollution and some is infectious,causingsecondary pollution easily,if discharge directly,it will become a new disease transmission.From December31,2007,all of the the new hospital should have its own sewage treatmentfacilities. The hospital sewage treatment facilities of our country putted in use are generallylower,disinfectant dosing is not normative,the degree of automation is also low,surroundingprotection measures is incomplete, ecological environment security is poor.Under thissituation,a traditional Chinese medicine hospital want to construct its new place,according tothe national requirements and actual situation,it have to build hospital treatment station todeal with the entire hospital comprehensive drainage.This paper synoptically introduces the hospital sewage treatment status at home andabroad,analyzes the existing problems in this aspect of our country,compares the advantagesand disadvantages of the common activated sludge process, and based on the commonprocess,gives the suitable treatment process for the hospital, the main conclusions are asfollows:(1)The inflow water quality of the study is on the basis of the hospital’s measured datain recent years. The capacity of this process is1000cubic metres per day.The effluent waterquality is in accordance with the current water pollutant discharge standard, Dischargestandard of water pollutants for medical organization for medical institution GB18466-2005。(2)Through the comparison of different process and site condition,chose biologicaltreatment and filter sterilized as the main treatment process. The biological treatment partadopts A/A/O activated sludge process,which can remove organic matter and nitrogen andphosphorus at the same time.At the same time,in order to ensure the phosphorus removaleffect,add polymerization phosphorus into the effluent of biological treatment.The retentiontime of anaerobic,anoxic and aerobic is1.4hours and2.83hours and7.2hours;sludgeloading is0.25kgBOD5/(kgMLSS·d);Aeration system provide281m3/h. (3)Filtration system uses a combination of anthracite coal and quartz sand filtermaterial,if happened to accident,filter material can be replaced by activated carbon foremergency treatment. Filter velocity is11m/h,inverse washing intensity is17L/m2.s(4)Disinfects processing part chooses chlorine dioxide as disinfectant,which can killall microorganisms, including viruses、bacteria breeding.Per cubic meter of water need40gchlorine dioxide,effective depth is3.35m.(5).This paper based on the common sewage treatment,by improving the process,puts forward the suitable method for the researched hospital sewage treatment stationprocess,and calculates the process parameters,provides a reference for the same type hospitalsewage treatment.
