Building sewage treatment plants to protect the water environment from pollution is one of the most important measures. In order to protect the water environment better, urban sewage treatment plant effluent discharge standards is more stringent, especially with the growing eutrophication, nitrogen and phosphorus removal has become one of the main basis for a city sewage treatment plant process selection. Since the state promulgated the"municipal wastewater treatment plant emission standards" (GB18918-2002), a better design for the sewage treatment plant is required, so how to select a city sewage treatment process is more complex.There has not a complete drainage system in Xingcun town currently, and only in the government headquarters there is combined drainage pipe network; Industrial wastewater from internal sewage treatment station is collected and directly discharged into White Sands River which not only poses a threat to residents’health, but also causes pollution to the Yellow Sea. Building the sewage treatment plant is a project of controlling water pollution, improving the living environment.It is in response to the sustainable development strategy, and can promote the investment promotion and capital introduction work which has significant social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits.The main subject for Haiyang Xingcun treatment plant includes water quality and water quantity analysis, treatment process selection, optimization of design parameters and final completion of engineering design.Xingcun sewage treatment plant influent includes domestic sewage and algae processing wastewater, the design flow is 20000 m3/d. According to the EPA of Haiyang displacement surveys and water quality monitoring data, the main indicators of water quality is determined as: the BOD5, COD, SS, NH3-N, TN, TP are:180mg/L,500mg/L,400mg/L,45mg/L,60mg/L, 5mg/L. In accordance with the water function zoning White Sands River, A Class of "municipal wastewater treatment plant emission standards"(GB 18918-2002) is performed. The final treated water discharg into the White Sands River.Through technical and economic comparison, combined with the actual conditions and the design requirements, ultimately determine the hydrolytic acidification-multimodal A2/O biological treatment-coagulation sedimentation-active sand filter-chlorine dioxide disinfection process for sewage plant sewage treatment process; Adopt mechanical enrichment sludge dewatering process. And the parameter optimization of structure and technology design, complete the construction drawings.Considering coming water has low carbon nitrogen ratio, setting hydrolysis acidification poo before the main process to improve sewage biodegradability. The multimode A2/O process has a variety of operating mode, flexible adjustment makes elluent more stable and reliable. Use of the advanced treatment of the coagulation sedimentation filtration process can ensure each water index reach the standard.Xingcun sewage plant takes water mainly from industrial waste water. Water quality is not stable, in the situation of much impurity, high organic load and low carbon nitrogen ratio, the hydrolysis acidification, A2/O and combination technology of coagulation sedimentation filtration is reasonable to make the water reach A level in municipal wastewater treatment plant emission standards (GB18918-2002). It can also provide design experience for similar sewage treatment plant.
