With the increasing economic development needs of the coal energy, in many mining areas in China as a result of years of coal mining, triggered the collapse of mined out area, geological hazards, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, which directly affects people’s life and property safety factor. Therefore, real-time monitoring of goaf coal mining subsidence is necessary, and by using the computer to the surface subsidence monitoring data analysis and processing has a very important application value in the engineering practice, itcan be scientific, efficient settlement monitoring personnel to provide analysis and forecast results of surface[33].This reference to the design and development process of foundation settlement of subgrade, system related to domestic, analyses the factors of surface subsidence caused by coal mining and its mechanism of action, and according to the actual data of ground surface settlement over a period of3months, rendering the measured cumulative settlement curve, development of in-depth study of surface subsidence. In this paper, through GPS positioning system acquisition geographic coordinate parameters of each monitoring point, and to the remote computer management center through GPRS wireless signal transmission, using ARMA (Auto regressivemoving average) prediction method for prediction model, combined with the use of computergraphic display and processing technology, realizes visual output automatically batch ready for data acquisition and the expected results, and the coal mining area subsidence rules for long-term prediction by data analysis.Finally, according to Shandong coal mine engineering, design and development of "gob subsidence monitoring system of coal mine", the system uses VisualBasic6.0, SQL SERVER2005as a development tool, combined with numerical analysis software for predicting the surface subsidence, realizes the monitoring database, data query, data analysis, provides convenie nt and rapid analysis tool for the surface subsidence monitoring work, hope to provide reference for prediction of surface subsidence in the same geological environment.
