Study On Safety Management System Of Hancheng Mining Area In Complex Geological Conditions

The coal industry is a pillar industry in our country. Because of complex geologicalstructure and gas, coal dust, coal and gas outburst, fire, flood and roof accidents frequently,serious accidents occur occasionally in our country, which not only influence normalconstruction and production of coal mine seriously and cause huge economic losses, but alsothreaten life safety of mine workers in coal mine. The geological conditions in Hanchengmining area is a representative example. Safety of coal mine has become the most importantwork in safety production. Construction coal mine safety management system is an importantmeasure to prevent and reduce accidents and improve emergency handling ability.Based on analyzing coal mine safety management situation at home and abroad, theoryof coal mine safety management was summarized, and safety problems of complex geologicalconditions in Hancheng mining area were analyzed. At the base of SWOT analyzing typicalXiangshan coal mine in Hancheng mining area, enterprise’s own competitive advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and threats were known. Then four key elements which wereobject, human, management and information and their indicators were analyzed. Basic modelof safety management system was set up, including safety state management of object, safetybehavior management of human, coal mine safety supervision, coal mine emergency rescuesystem and coal mine safety information system. Construction of this system realized safetyand sustainable development in complex geological conditions, and also provided usefulreference for coal mine safety management in complex geological conditions.
