Mining Enterprises Of Yunnan Tin Corporation Safety Management Information System Design

The safety administration of mine plays an important role in the production and management, which has a direct influence on safety production and economic benefit. The safety information provides foundation and precondition for the management in safety. So each mining corporation faces up a new problem that they need SMIS based on safety information, and the development of computer and information technology makes these possible.This paper aims at the actuality of safety management and the existent problem in nine subordinate diggings of YT corp. They are Laochang tin mine, Malage tin mine, Xinjian tin mine and Caixuan filiale etc. Considering the characteristic of SMIS, using safety professional knowledge ,network technology and assistant management technology, SNIS based on information management has been developed in this paper, which makes safety information management more effective and accelerates the development of information system in tin mine.The SMIS was developed by using Java and MySQL database. Its functions mainly include six blocks: corporation basic information management, gangue dam safety information management, accident management, safety analysis, information promulgation and maintenance for system. The block of basic information management can input, amend, delete and inquire about the basic information of corporation and safety production information. In block of gangue dam safety information management, gangue-dam's basic information of tin mine will be input, amended and saved in the system, then we can inquire about the work information of dam, save and check the information of safety examine into dam. The accident management block provide maintenance of accident and create report forms of accident, through which information of accident can be inquired about according to demand. In safety analysis block, five main exchange accidents of mine can be analyzed and checked with fault trees; it can also do Statistic and analysis to past years' accident. The block of information promulgation provide functions of input, rewrite and delete the important messages, notice and other information published by company, the function of requiring about policy and law to company. The block of maintenance to system provide management to user.
