Research On Web-based Ventilation Management System For No.3 Mining Area Of Jinchuan Mining Company

In the field of mine safety research in China,the research on mine ventilation technology is relatively weak,especially in the real-time monitoring of mine ventilation system and remote intelligent control technology of underground ventilation power device and ventilation structure.In the actual mine production,the mine ventilation system mainly depends on the field experience to adjust,there are some problems,such as the low degree of automation and intelligence,the untimely acquisition of important disaster parameters such as gas concentration,dust concentration and CO concentration,the remote centralized control of ventilation equipment and the technology of dynamic monitoring and display of operating state parameters are not advanced.Under the background of the rapid development of intelligence,the development of intelligent ventilation system is the only way to realize less human and unmanned mine.Based on the analysis of the current research status and development trend of intelligent ventilation systems in domestic and foreign mines,combined with the current status of the ventilation system in the third mining area of Jinchuan Company,this paper sorts out the overall requirements of the ventilation management system,and proposes the modular design of the ventilation management system and the functional requirements of each module.Designed six major functions:the remote monitoring and control module of the main ventilator,the remote monitoring and control module of the auxiliary ventilator,the remote monitoring and control module of the local ventilator,the remote monitoring and control module of the automatic damper,the remote monitoring and control module of the automatic wind window,and the remote monitoring module of the wind wall.The module adopts B/S architecture design and Java language development.The front desk uses Bootstrap,Layui,Bootstrap Table,Thymeleaf and other technologies to display the layout.The server uses Spring Boot,Mybatis-Plus,Shiro,Druid,WebSocket and other technologies to build,and the database is selected SQL Server 2008,completed the design and function realization of the ventilation management system in the third mining area of Jinchuan Company based on Web technology.Through the engineering application,the remote monitoring and control of some ventilation equipment in the third mining area of Jinchuan company has been realized,including the remote monitoring and control of the main fan,the remote monitoring and control of 0#auxiliary fan and the remote monitoring and control of 9 local fans within 1150M level.Figure[41]table[31]reference[71]...
