Design And Research On Erect Well Explosion-proof Cover And Corollary Equipments With Rapid Replacement

Explosion–proof cover is used in coal mine to protect draught fan when gas explosionoccar underground. It will be restored after decompression in order to ensure draught fanrecovery ventilation for down hole. Explosion–proof cover keeps close in peacetime, itonly open to recovery ventilation when there is a gas explosion in down hole, so it did notget enough attention in the past. But as the coal mine of production safety is getting moreattention, a lot of coal mines have realized it. This paper studied a new type ofexplosion–proof cover which can be replaced rapidly. It can under more pressure thancurrent explosion–proof cover, and does not exist in the process of open stuck problem.Under the condition of the whole structure is not damaged it can automatic reset; under thecondition of the whole structure deformation or damaged it can be also replaced rapidly.This paper analysis the character of pressure difference of explosion–proof coverwhen explosion and non–explosion. Select the thery of automatic open and automatic reset.The actual work conditions of explosion–proof cover are analyzed in this paper.Select the working principle and the overall structure of the explosion–proof cover on thebasis of analysis results. Under the design philosophy that the weight of theexplosion–proof cover is lighter, the transport and installation of the parts is easier, putforward the method of open and reset. Determine the overall design scheme of theexplosion–proof cover. Design the corresponding parts of it and take the correspondingmechanics research of them.In order to guarantee wellhead can be quickly oblocked after gas explosion, rapidplugging device is designed. The device can ensure block off the wellhead when thestructure of wellhead is damaged.By using mechanical analysis software ANSYS Workbench on the part ofexplosion–proof cover which bearing components, got the stress clouds, optimize thestructure on the basis of the results.New type of explosion–proof cover has simple structure, low cost and the very highpractical value.
