Mine skip is the lifting equipment used to lift the coal and people in the mainshaft. The skip capacity should be larger with the demand of the coal. The newequipment needs technology in mine lifting. A large tonnage skip is designed by waysincluding combining of theoretical analysis and computer simulation and theoreticalanalysis of the experimental and simulation verification. And mechanical properties iscalculated when huge skip is unloading and running aim at the block problem ofunloading process. The clean-up device is designed.First, a large tonnage skip is designed and bearing mechanics model of skip boxand fan gate is established in running of uniform and acceleration. Bearing relationshipof skip box and gate is clear by analyzing force characteristics of emergency braking.Stress-strain and displacement nephogram of the skip box are obtained by theoreticalmodel analysis and analyzing simulation model which is established by APDL ofsoftware ANSYS. And bearing characteristics skip box and gate is obtained by finiteelement analysis.Secondly, a new type of gate opening and closing device is designed which canadapt to unloading of large tonnage skip. Mechanical model of gate opening device isestablished when skip is in process of unloading. The force curve of opening andclosing device in the opening process of the gate is obtained by solving momentequilibrium equation. For verifying its correctness, simulation model of opening andclosing is made by hydraulic module of AMESim software and dynamics simulationsoftware ADAMS and the force characteristics of unloading is mastered by solving theforce characteristics of gate opening and comparing simulation results with thetheoretical results. Bearing characteristics of gate opening and closing device areverified by modeling finite element analysis model.Thirdly, to ensure that the design of the skip can be put into production,it isnecessary to determine gravity center of skip by3D software PRO/E and analyze yawbehavior of skip. Location and quality of counterweight are determined throughsolving the torque balance equation. The model analysis is verified by the experimentof skip pose. The stress and strain and displacement of load skip are analyzed byestablishing the finite element model. Simulation model is verified by the analysis ofexperimental of bearing characteristics.Finally, the clean-up device and method are made aiming at the block problem of unloading process that may exist which is quick disassemble system realizing normaland abnormal unloading. Mechanics model of clean-up by water jet and water jetimpact force equation are derived by the Bernoulli equation performed for a commonmethod for design of water pressure and nozzle opening. Bearing characteristics ofopening skip are analyzed and verified by modeling finite element analysis model.
