In the modern coal mining technology,with the continuous improvement of the working face automation level,the traditional single hydraulic prop can no longer meet its supporting requirements in the moving speed and supporting strength.The advanced support seriously hampers the safe and efficient production of the working face.In order to solve the shortcomings of slow moving speed and insufficient supporting strength in the advance support,the design of the advanced hydraulic support is designed.Firstly,according to Xuchang coal mine coal occurrence conditions,combining with the theory of "masonry beam" surrounding rock.Calculate the length of roof initial stage and cycle and the working resistance of the advanced hydraulic support.Discussing the effect of pillar width on the stability of gate road.According to the required action function and structural features of the advanced hydraulic support in the gate road,the forward hydraulic support of "one main and two pairs " is determined.Secondly,design components of advance hydraulic support components and build virtual prototype model.Simulation analysis is carried out by ANSYSWorkbench with finite element software to verify the design of advanced hydraulic support.;Then according to the action function of the advanced hydraulic support,the overall design of the hydraulic control system is carried out.Used hydraulic simulation software AMESim to simulate and analyze the double telescopic column control loop,side protection control loop and transition control loop of the advanced hydraulic support to ensure the stability of the hydraulic control system;Finally,Installation and commissioning of stepping-type advance hydraulic support is carried out,introduction of support plan for advance hydraulic support in belt gate rade and track gate roadThrough experimental analysis,the rationality of ZCZ15000/24/45 advanced hydraulic support structure was verified,which solves the problem of insufficient support strength and low degree of automation.The "one main and two pairs"stepping-type structural optimization design satisfies the conditions for the occurrence of gate road,ensure reasonable cooperation between the advanced hydraulic support and the face-end hydraulic support,and has certain practical significance for the design of the advanced hydraulic support.
