High-ash fine clay is the significant factors influencing the effect of flotation,bystudy on flotation behavior affected by high-ash fine clay, find out the laws ofinfluence each other between fine clay and flotation conditions,providing theoreticalguidance to improve the effect of coal slime floatation.This thesis study characteristics of coal slime through analysis on maceralcomposition, makeup of density and granularity and contact angle measuremen: italso has about1/3inertinite;it has64.32%fine slime less than0.045mm and ashcontent is43.98%; the content of1.6~1.8g/cm3coal slime is most,symbiosis ofgangue and coal is outstanding; the contact angle of coal slime is43.5°. The mainingredients of>1.8g/cm3coal slime is kaolinite, the content of kaolinite is51%; thecontact angle of>1.8g/cm3coal slime is51.55°This thesis mainly analyzes and studies on Impact of technological factors foractual floatability of coal slime which contains a lot of high-ash fine clay: collector iskerosene and frother is sec-octyl alcohol which is the best reagent match conditions.Itis thought that actual floatability is best when kerosene dosage is600g/t, sec-octylalcohol dosage is150g/t, pulp density is100g/l, pulp temperature is20℃, stirringspeed is1800r/min and inflating volume is0.15m3/h.Adding adequate conditioningagent into pulp is useful to scatter fine silt. The results show that sodiumhexametaphosphate calgon scatter fine silt more effectively. The grade floatationwhen separation size is10μm, flotation effect is improved,but the yield of clean coalis lower.The roughing+clean coal recleaning floatation can effective removal fine siltof coal slime,the ash of clean coal is minimum.Study on the change rule of high-ash fine clay ratio of clean coal: the flotationconcentrate’s mud content is minimum,when collector is kerosene or n-dodecane. Theflotation concentrate’s mud content is maximum,when frother is fusel.While pulptemperature rise, the flotation concentrate’s mud content is decline and then climbup.While stirring rate rise, the flotation concentrate’s mud content is decline and thenclimb up.When stirring rate rise is1800r/min,the mud content is minimum.Whileinflating volume rise, the flotation concentrate’s mud content is climb up. Whileconditioning agent dosage rise, the flotation concentrate’s mud content is decline andthen climb up. The best dosage of both sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate is1000g/t, the best dosage of CMC is30g/t.The degree of fine mud entrainment and bubble conglutination is directly related to the amount of flotationfroth. The more froth,the more the flotation concentrate’s mud content The morecollector dosage,the more surface adsorption content.Then the content of the high-ashfine clay content increase. While pulp temperature rise, pulp viscosity is decline, theflow rate speeds up,then the time that fine clay collide and absorb bubble isshorter,the bubble rise velocity become fast and the flotation concentrate’s mudcontent is decline.
