In the process of production and construction of coal and gas outburst mine,cross-measure cutting coal is most dangerous because it has the most helpfulconditions for the occurrence and development of coal and gas outburst. And outburststrength is large, spreading to a wide range, the damage is serious, so it is the key ofthe mine safety technology and the bottleneck of mining deployment projects. In thispaper, in view of the imperfection of traditional crossing coal technology, combiningwith the actual situation of Huale coal mine, put forward the cross-measure cuttingcoal technology of rapid and gradual model, and a field experiment was carried out inNO.2air return tunnel cutting the3-2coal seam which has outburst risk safely andrapidly, verify the effectiveness of the proposed technique, and it has an importantguiding role for other uncovering coal mine engineering.Firstly, research the coal and gas coupling rule on the basis of a large number ofliteratures at home and abroad, establishing the coal and gas coupling equation andnumerical model of coal contain gas, lays the foundation for the numerical simulationbehind; Secondly, analyze the prediction methods of coal and gas outburst, identifingthe index system of using comprehensive index method to predict uncovering coaloutburst danger and using drilling cuttings gas desorption index K1and residual gaspressure to examine the effects of sudden elimination, improving the accuracy of theforecast, and providing the basis for safety uncovering coal; Thirdly, analyze therelationship of gas drainage radius of3-2coal seam with drainage time and drainagenegative pressure with the method of numerical simulation, conclusion that under20kpa drainage negative pressure,3-2coal seam has the best effect of drainage, aneffective drainage radius is2.2m after20days drainage, poviding an important basisfor outburst prevention design; Finally, put forward and test the cross-measure cuttingcoal technology of rapid and gradual model in view of the deficiency of taking longhours and poor safety of the traditional method of cutting coal, the technologydividing the whole process of cutting coal construction into five parts, phased andstep-by-step implementation of outburst danger prediction and elimination measures,reducing the workload of drilling measures and construction difficulty, shortenningthe time of eliminating the outburst risk, at the same time, adopting the method offasting gas pressure test, speeding up the construction schedule, achieving cutting coalsafely and rapidly.
