In the coal and the gas outburst mine shaft, cross-measure cutting coal has a bigger risk of outburst than the other ways, moreover, the intensity of outburst is also bigger than the other ways, therefore, its risk is quite big. The biggest outburst in Domestic and foreign occurs when cross-measure is cutting coal, therefore, the key point of research of against outburst is always cross-measure cutting coal. This article put forward to the method that solidification coal body can resist gas outburst, thus safely effectively fast cut coal, focusing on the insufficiency of traditional cross-measure against outburst methods, unifying actual problem of cross-measure cutting coal outburst in Panyi Mine.The coal and gas outburst is result of the coal body physical intensity, the crystal stress and the gas pressure combined action, this article embarks from the coal body physical intensity this influence outburst factor, discusses one kind of new cross-measure cutting coal against measure—coal body to solidify. This article through the ANSYS numerical simulation analysis, described the coal body around cross-measure as well as surrounding rock stress, the strain and the displacement distribution rules, and to solidified the stress, the strain and the displacement has made the comparison, obtained stability of surrounding rock before and after coal body to be solidify, examined the effect of against after outburst solidification coal body; we also attempt and apply this method in the scene.The solidification and the against outburst has reliable base of theory. Infusing with pressure firming agent in the outburst dangerous coal seam, it can enhance the coal body intensity, strengthen the coal body resistance of outburst ability; Simultaneously reduce rate of interval of the coal seam, slowed down the adsorbed gas transforming to the free gas, reduced the quantity of outburst gas, has fundamentally slackened potential energy of the gas to release.The measure of solidification and guarding against outburst has the merits of simple craft, wild compatibility, the reasonable economy, safety and reliable. The coal seam after the solidification, cross-measure cutting coal time is only 1/3 time of original cutting coal or to be even shorter. Therefore, the results of the research have a quite vital significance which can instruct correlation mine shafts to cutting coal fast, enhance efficiency of production of mine shaft.
