The complex industrial process control platform which is based on the hydrogen crushing process can provide the research and development experiment environment platform to establish,optimize and test the control model which is based on data driven. Hydrogen crushing experiment platform is constructed by the upper PC and lower agencies,the lower machine acquires real-time parameters of NdFeB crushing process, receives and executes the commands of the upper machine; PC database can complete the process of data storage,the simulation platform which is connected with the data base can establish and validate the control model,PC sends to the lower machine control commands which are based on real-time process and control model.The innovation of the platform is that users can easily change the sampling frequency and contrast model corresponding results when they collect the data of modeling sample.The main content of the thesis includes:1.A new kind of hydrogen crushing process control experiment platform is set up in order to provide experiment conditions for the computer-control hydrogen crushing process.This paper introduces the main design ideas and the important parts of the experiment platform.The purpose to set up this experiment platform is to establish complex control model,take samples of the data and test the model;2.The equipment structure design of the NdFeB hydrogen crushing process control experiment platform,including:the design of the pneumatic system and mechanical system.3.The design of the NdFeB hydrogen crushing process control experiment platform,including three parts:the overall design,the design of lower machine and the design of the upper machine.The design of the lower machine includes4parts:The design of PLC sequence control program,the design of temperature control system,design of pressure control system and design of hydrogen instantaneous flow and cumulative flow collection program;the design of the upper machine includes3 parts:the design of the configuration interface, the communication between the interface and the database, the communication between Matlab and configuration interface.4.The actual usage of Ndfeb hydrogen experimental platform in the teaching experiments.To compare the difference between the hydrogen crushing model prediction results and the actual results, analyze the cause of the difference,verify the feasibility of the predicting model and provides the experimental platform has worked effectively in training students’scientific research ability in the teaching progress.
