Research On The Technology And Mechanism Of Ash Reduction In Mongolian Coal Flotation Process

The Tavan Tolgoi coal mine (referred to as TT mine) located in South Gobi,Mongolia province,190kilometers away from Wulatezhongqi Ganqimaodu ports. TT mine coal resources are mainly for coking coal,one-third coking coal.TT mine reserves are abundant,estimating reserves about6billion tons.TT coal is hing quality coking coal and is shortage of coal in china,with good prospects for exploitation value and market demand.In this paper TT coal3#,4#,8#raw coal were studied. First,the raw coal characteristics were analyzed,In order to understand the basic physical and chemical properties of coal,the analysis of indicators including industrial analysis,elemental analysis,coal ash composition analysis,CO2reactivity analysis,XRD analysis,TG-DTA analysis. The results of Coal quality analysis shown that the metamorphic grade of raw coal is high;raw coal is low ash、low sulfur coal and3#,4#raw coal are main coking coal,8#raw coal is one-third coking coal.Then the washability of0.5-50mm raw coal and0.25-0.5mm slime coal were evaluated respectively by sieving and sedimentation test.The experimental results shown that the washability of3#、4#、8#and mixed raw coal of0.5-50mm grade are difficult,easy,easy, medium optional;The washability of3#,4#,8#slime heavy medium slime are easy and mixed medium optional respectively.Coal flotation effect of many factors,in this paper,The study mainly focuses on the influence of Collector dosage,Foaming agent dosage,Slurry concentration,Rotating speed of flotation machine on the flotation. Through unit floating selected test, for single factors floating selected test, exploration coal mud of coal mud of best floating selected conditions, and combines points step release test3#and4#, and8#mixed coal mud for can floating sexual evaluation, can floating sexual evaluation indicates that,coal mud of once floating selected coal ash is divided into11.66%, up not to10.45%of coal ash requires,after once featured, ash fell8.21, meet ash requires, so can used rough selected plus once featured of process.In order to provide technical support for flotation deashing process,the process and mechanism were mainly study in this paper.Eventually combined with Shen hua bayannur coal energy companies an economical evaluation of existing technology, Mongolia coal washing with good value for money,suggested accelerating the pace of expansion in coal to meet China’s demand for coking coal.
