Study On Demineralization From Coal Slime Of Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant By Flotation

With the development of coal mine mechanization of selecting raw coal slimecontent increasing, the flotation rate will also increase. Users and the social variousaspects also further improve the quality of the plant, improve the slime waterprocessing methods, reduce the flotation medicine consumption, reduceenvironmental pollution.Flotation is one of coal separation method, is the most effective way to thecurrent selection of fine coal slime. Coal slime flotation for coal preparation plant alsoplays an important role in water treatment. But with the gradual increase of fineparticle in coal slime, the traditional mechanical agitation type flotation machine iscan’t meet the requirements, a new flotation equipment should be adapted to the fineparticle separation. Cyclone static micro-bubble flotation column and variablediameter combination inflatable flotation column separation made by ChinaUniversity of Ming and Technology has a good effect of fine grain. This paper in viewof the flotation of coal preparation plant of huaibei mining group in the melt into theslime, to the sea transcribing coal sample in May and August sea transcribing theconventional flotation coal sample and variable diameter inflatable flotation, the maincontents are as follows:(1) the infrared spectrum of coal, mineral composition, density, partical sizecomposition analysis. Analysis showed that two kinds of coal in the gangue mineralsare mainly quartz and viscosity mineral kaolinite, grain composition show that finegrain content is more, the density of show that the slurry intermediate density did notthink so much, are theoretically can be conform to the flotation index of the floatationplant, but due to its gangue minerals contained more easily kaolin clay, fine particlecontent of many at the same time, show the actual sorting process to get qualifiedfloating of pure and tail coal is has the certain difficulty.(2) after the flotation condition test, finally get the conventional flotation testconditions: concentration of80g/L,1#coal slime flotation collector dosage is500g/t,dosage of foaming agent60g/t.2#coal slime flotation of is: the flotationconcentration of80g/L, the collecting agent dosage is500g/t, dosage of foamingagent80g/t. Data show that the conventional flotation hydrocyclone staticmicro-bubble flotation column flotation flotation machine is obviously better than thedata.(3) variable diameter condition test to get the best air flotation column flotation conditions: concentration of90g/L,1#coal slime flotation collector dosage is500g/t,dosage of foaming agent80g/t, A ceramic plate of the best air pressure is0.10MPa,ceramic plate B the best air pressure is0.12MPa,5L/min, middling circulation to ore9L/min.2#coal slime flotation concentration of80g/L, the collecting agent dosageis500g/t, dosage of foaming agent80g/t, ceramic plate the best air pressure is0.10MPa, A ceramic plate B the best air pressure is0.12MPa,6L/min, middlingcirculation to ore9L/min.(4) for two kinds of coal slurry, cyclone-static-micro-bubble flotation columnand variable diameter combination inflatable flotation column were significantlybetter than the use effect of flotation machine, which fully shows the cyclone-staticmicro-bubble flotation column and variable diameter combination inflatable flotationcolumn separation efficiency is higher than mechanical agitation type flotationmachine.
