With the development of high production and efficiency modern mine, the distance of excavation roadway is longer and longer, and long distance local ventilation is becoming more and more common. Security for providing wind in long excavation roadway is not only related to the succeeding of efficiently production in coal mine, but also related to underground staff’s life and health. Therefore, the research and optimization of ventilation technology in long distance excavation roadway has great theoretical and practical significance to ensure the safety in the mine production.Firstly, the principles of local ventilation technology in long distance excavation roadway, Study the influence factors and adapted conditions of various ventilation methods; compare the advantages and disadvantages of long ventilation mode in nowadays; discuss the application conditions, the working principle of intelligent ventilation system are analyzed in detail, summarize the unclean wind migration rule using software simulation and obtain the control measures, the calculation process and formula of ram parameters and wind fan are deduced theoretically. Then apply to the working face according to the specific situations of2-1062tunnel in GanHe coal mine, Formulate specific safety and optimization measures by selecting ventilation scheme and ventilation equipment, and solve the ventilation problems about2300meters of2-1062tunnel in GanHe coal mine. Finally summarize the following conclusions through analysis:The distance of local ventilation is the main influence factors of difficulty in long-distance ventilation;The application conditions of different long distance ventilation modes are mainly related to geological conditions of excavation roadway and mining conditions of roadway;The air volume need is changing in different periods of roadway. Intelligent ventilation system can adjust the air volume by adjusting fan speed according to the monitoring of gas concentration changes of each point in roadway, and it is effective measure to improve security, reliability and energy saving of excavation roadway;The dirty wind movement in the roadway is simulated using FLUENT software; it could see that the gas concentration in excavation face is the most unstable, and in working face and vortex area is the largest. The change of gas concentration affected by intake airway wind pressure in exit of excavation roadway is not obvious when the return air volume is increasing. Air volume’s increasing can increase the security of system. And it is more secure when the air volume is double in air return laneway of parallel double lane.The field application shows that the selecting parallel double lane tunneling combined with intelligent ventilation system of local ventilation technology can effectively improve the ventilation effect of2300meters in HuoBaoGanHe coal mine2-1062roadway, shorten the distance between the ventilation, and make the effective air volume rate increased to82%; construct two roadways at the same time can increase the efficiency. Achieving the negative pressure ventilation goals one lane takes in wind and one lane returns that can improve the effect of the security. Compared with the traditional ventilation way, it can save520000yuan a year, and the economic effect is remarkable, it can achieve the purpose of safe driving. The analysis application of the ventilation technology in long distance excavation roadway in HuoBaoGanHe coal mine can meet the ventilation requirements, and is safety and energy saving, so it can be popularized in similar mines.
