| Coal is the main source of energy in China,but in the process of coal mining,miners are often injured in various accidents.In recent years,with the continuous development of intelligent technology,the state has put forward the guiding ideology of safety in production,“Replacing workers with mechanization and reducing the number of workers with intelligentization”,which can improve the level of safety in production in coal mines by reducing the number of workers in the production line.In order to realize the intelligent,safe and reliable operation of mine local ventilation,the intelligent management and control system of local ventilators was studied in this paper.Through the mine field investigation,the functional requirements of intelligent management and control system of local ventilators of the mine are obtained: 1)Realtime collection of local ventilators operation parameters,ventilation parameters and toxic and harmful gas concentration,and comprehensive analysis;2)Based on the data collected by methane sensor and air volume sensor of air duct,the intelligent variable frequency air regulation function of local ventilator is realized.Based on the design principles of comprehensive consideration,advanced application,overall planning and multi-system integration,an intelligent management and control system for local ventilators was designed.In order to realize the function of frequency conversion and airflow regulation in the intelligent management and control system of local ventilators,the influence of frequency conversion and airflow regulation of ventilators on the airflow in each branch of ventilation network was studied,and the relationship between the working frequency of ventilators and the airflow in each branch of ventilation network was obtained.The acquisition and analysis of related data,the receiving,sending and acting of related instructions,and the control logic of one-key start-stop,one-key shut-down and aieflow regulation by frequency conversion in the intelligent management and control system of local ventilators were realized by C language programming.The intelligent management and control system of local ventilators was applied in Dongtan Coal Mine of Yankuang Group,Shandong Province,which realizes the intelligent management and control of local ventilators and their unmanned operation.The safety of local ventilation,reliability and accuracy of airflow control were improved,the energy consumption of ventilation was reduced,and the workload of ventilation managers was reduced.The local ventilators intelligent control system of Dongtan Coal Mine was evaluated based on analytic hierarchy process,and the result was F=4.42.The intelligent management and control system of local ventilators is helpful to realize the intelligent management and control of the local ventilators in mines,to improve the automation level of the local ventilation system,realize the local ventilation management with few people and unmanned operation,and to improve the safety production level in coal mines.Figure[48] Table[21] Reference[101]... |
