Feldspar is high quality and rich ore resources in our country. However, in recent years, as the reduction of feldspar resources which can be directly used in the industrial, the difficulty of its development and utilization also increases gradually. This study conducts a series of process, such as Sieving, grinding, desliming and weak magnetic separation and magnetic separation. The focus of this study is the process of desliming pretreatment. The effect comparison of conventional feldspar separation process and feldspar separation process after pretreatment verifies that after desliming,the feldspar sorting can significantly improve the separation efficiency.Through the result of the experiment, we discovery that after crushing and screening, the production rate of+2mm is low and many are the impurity debris, so we can choose to throw them in advance. The products undersize from the sieves after rod mill rubbing are up to-0.074mm and the content accounts for60%,then they enter the cyclone to desliming, the density of the material enters the cyclone is10%,the diameter of overflow is10mm.The desliming products after grinding through rod milling machine up to-0.074mm account for80%,then they enter the high gradient magnetic separator to carry on the intensity magnetic separation. Through a series of tests, the production rate of feldspar mineral is up to80.2%, the content of Fe decreases from1.02%to0.12%.
