| As the outburst mines are difficult and costly to exploit,and the country’s current energy structure is going to diversify,the study on the technology of regional defends against coal and gas outburst is relatively less and the regional measures have not achieved a breakthrough. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a corresponding set of technical measures based on different geological conditions of coal seams, the degree of severity of highlighting disasters and the characteristics and advantages of drilling equipments.In this paper, we analyze the phenomena such as the gradually transition of Sihe mine from production region to the region around the western shaft, the transformation of the mine gas prevention from preventing high gas to preventing outburst.and the increasingly serious contradiction between mine gas prevention and high yield and high efficiency. Then we propose a overall program about the technology of regional defends against coal and gas outburst and conduct a study on the storage situation of gas,the technology of dynamic analysis of dangers about coal and gas outburst region and the measures on regional defends against coal and gas outburst.Through establishing the basic parameters determination system of the region around the western shaft and the determination of the basic parameters of gas in this project, we have mastered gas occurrence regularity of the region around the western shaft and realize the dynamic analysis and prediction of dangers in the coal and gas outburst region. Besides,we conduct a research on prevention measures about regional defends against coal and gas outburst,such as the ground well, bedding directional long drilling and taking the coal seam gas out in advance through drilling layers,forming a set of technologies about regional defends against coal and gas outburst to the region around the western shaft region.These will fundamentally guarantee the western region safe and efficient to product. |
