This paper is based on Yuwang coal mine that is constructed now, and the coal mine isdetermined to high gas and outburst risk mine. Regional outburst prevention measures should betaken before mining. So, this paper study on the regional outburst prenvention technology whenconstructing Yuwang coal mine. First, to calculate and analysis gas occurrenceparameter,emission and gas volume can be extracted from coal layer in Yuwang mine, and laythe foundation for mine gas outburst risk assessment and regional outburst preventiontechnology research. Then, based on the individual index method to determine mine gas outburstrisk. At last, formulating regional outburst measures for Yuwang coal mine, including protectivecoal layer mining and gas extracted technology of outburst prevention. With the application ofFLAC3Dsoftware, numerical simulating stress and deformation state of coal layers after miningthe protective layer. And then analyzing the effect to protected coal layer gas ocurrence andemission after mining the protective coal layer. With the gas extract design of protective andprotected coal layers, proposing various options, and selecting the optimal extraction option aftercomparative analysis. Through the research of regional outburst prevention technology forYuwang coal mine, could lay technical foundation for safe mining of Yuwang coal mine. In theregional outburst prevention area, taking “four in one” measures of part area outburst preventionwould achieve safe and efficient mine production. |
