In three coal mine actual situation to carry on the investigation and analysis, combining with the coal and rock physical mechanics test, rock mechanics experiment, rock detecting results, according to the principle of bolting in three coal mine roadway support, preliminary design, and proposes three sets of supporting scheme, using the ANSYS numerical simulation software on each scheme numerical simulation analysis stress and displacement, from two aspects the three sets of plans were compared. The simulation analysis shows that:three projects have similarities, vertical stress and horizontal stress are asymmetric distribution, and coal seam has a certain angle, along with the drift distance is reduced, the stress decreases; different is that after bolting, scheme Ⅱ and Ⅲ stress had obvious scheme change, destruction of roadway side corner stress concentration was significantly reduced, anchor role in the formation of stress arch, effective control of the high stress on helping angle destructive effect; in the displacement of three sets of supporting scheme was also significantly different, for I in without supporting structure, the roof and surrounding rock the displacement was significantly greater than the scheme Ⅱ and scheme Ⅲ. Through the three sets of plans of the stress and displacement of the simulation results were compared, in order to find out an effective and economic solution as the mine roadway supporting scheme.
