| With the increase of coal mine depth, the hydrogeological condition is more complex. It has an important impact on mine production workers’life and health whether the drainage system can work efficiently. And because of pursuit of the system energy saving requirements, it’s very necessary to establish multi-level drainage system.According to the existing condition of the mine, the aim is to be able to adapt to the mine drainage system. By connecting the automatic control technology with fuzzy control theory, the automatic control system of multi-level drainage system was designed. By using Siemens S7-200series PLC, remote monitoring system of the mine drainage pumping station was completed. And by using fuzzy control theory the rational management of the pump was completed. Industrial Ethernet was also applied in the system to transfer the data. Through the video monitor which was installed in the pump room, the video surveillance in the pump room was completed.The system has good reliability and adaptability, can effectively reduce production costs to achieve the energy saving of the drainage system. |
