Research And Application Of Downhole Automatic Drainage System Based On The Optimal Control

The mine drainage system is an important part of coal mine production, the system stability and operation efficiency directly affects the whole mine mining smoothly or not. The traditional drainage system usually adopts the mechanized manual control device, make its use efficiency, stability cannot meet the demand of the current production. How to effectively improve the efficiency of mine production, reduce system energy consumption and improve the system stability is one of the important direction of the current system design. Therefore this paper based on the original control system, PLC centralized control system, the system stability and its extremely high extensibility is widely used in all kinds of industrial production.Combining with the current optimal control theory, the coal mine production system modeling,to analyze the various parameters such as its energy consumption, stable research. Through set up mathematics model, the traditional control problem is converted into intuitive mathematical model, with dynamic programming algorithm, the optimal control strategy for coal mine production. Realizes the full automation of production in coal mine and economization, further improve the system stability and efficiency. Through the application of the devices such as sensors, electric valve, improve the efficiency of the response of the system, and reduce the failure rate of the system, make the system more stable and efficient. With perfect hardware circuit design, optimize the traditional control method, make it not only meet the optimization design on the program. Used in the hardware circuit and the design meets the requirements. To sum up, this paper based on the mathematical model set up a centralized control system based on PLC, based on the optimal control strategy is embedded in the control theory, a kind of high efficiency, energy saving is studied to adapt to the reality of our country automatic usage.
