In recent years, flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) has received much attentionin various elds. It is characterized by high precision, wide dynamic range, simpleinstruments and relative lower background. Flow injection chemiluminescence analysismethod is a kind of the common trace analysis technology. It has wide application prospectin the field of drug analysis, material analysis, environmental analysis and food analysis. Inthis paper, we have established several chemiluminescence systems on the basis of largeliterature and we also study its application in drug and food analysis.The dissertation includes four chapters.In chapter l, a summary about chemiluminescence (CL) and immunoassay (IA) hasbeen demonstrated, including the basic principle of CL, chemiluminescence system,immunoassay, the combinations of immunoassay with other methods and a variety ofimmune markers technology etc.Chapter2expounds the establishment of a sensitive and simple flow injectionchemiluminescent (FI-CL) method for the determination of diclofenac sodium (DS) in thesystem of formaldehyde and the acidic potassium permanganate. Under the optimizedexperimental parameters, the CL intensity decreases with increasing of DS concentrationover the range0.040~5.0μg/mL. The proposed method has been successfully applied tothe determination of the studied diclofenac sodium in pharmaceutical preparations withsatisfactory results.In chapter3, a ow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) immunoassay based ontransparent immunoaf nity reactor has been developed for the detection of clenbuterol(CLB). The reactor prepared with coating-antigen immobilized carboxylic resin beads wasused as an immunosensor which is grounded on the CL reaction system of thep-iodophenol-luminol-H2O2in the presence of horse radish peroxidase (HRP) as an enzyme tracer. It has been applied to detecting practical samples with satisfactory result.In chapter4, a flow injection chemiluminescence immunosensor has been used for thedetermination of clenbuterol by immobilizing coating-antigen on carboxylic resin beads.The resulting immunosensor possesses the advantages of low-cost, good storage stabilityand fabrication reproducibility. Compared to chapter3, chapter4made improvements inthe reaction process. The improved measured is used for detecting the contention ofsalbutamol in pork. The improved reaction process can shorten the reaction time of20minutes.
