Urbanization Regional Differences And The Construction Of Ecological Civilization Studies In Hubei Province

Urbanization is an important indicator of social progress and the basis of the regional development policy. Combined urbanization with ecological civilization construction, conducive to promoting coordinated develop of the city.In this paper, integrated use of urban geography, human geography, ecology and economics theories and methods, select77counties of Hubei Province (cities)for this study, using the entropy method and comprehensive to evaluat the urbanization level in the county of Hubei comprehensive, according to the geographical division of the relevant data, analyzed its development and changes, spatial differentiation, overall planning and design, profiles of different regions, the following conclusions:(1)According to the2000,2005,2010county urbanization regional differences in Hubei Province, the urbanization level differences of province’s regional is gradually narrowing. Divided by the natural fracture method, the distribution of urbanization level in each period is broadly consistent, high-level and higher levels mainly in urban areas WEH, low and very low levels are mainly distributed in southwest Hubei Enshi City and Hubei Huanggang Northeast other places, the province as a whole showed high in the middle, surrounded by low pattern.According to landforms, the urbanization level of consolidated plains is highest, polarization is remarkable, the urbanization level of hilly areas is lower and the mountainous regions is the lowest.(2)Based on relevant data and information analysis, we get the assess results of ecological civilizationin construction in Hubei Province. That’s the province’s environmental pollution, water pollution, land use structural imbalance, environmental facilities behind the deterioration of the ecological environment. The development mode of plains industrial is extensive, acid rain severely; hilly areas irrational industrial structure, severe damage tovegetation, soil pollution; mountainous regions serious soil erosion, improper resource development and the land use is unreasonable.(3) On the basis of changes in the county of Hubei urbanization development, regional differences,and the construction of ecological civilization assessment analysis, we get the overall planning and design of the province and ecological path in different regions. Hubei Province should focus on optimizing the industrial structure, improve urban planning, environmental awareness, changing patterns of urban construction, infrastructure strengthening ecological environment, takinga new road of urbanization. Plains strengthen integrated pollution prevention and control, develop the green economy, establishment of ecological performance evaluation; optimize the industrial structure adjustment in hilly areas, strengthening the mechanisms of soil pollution prevention and control, and actively guide the public to participate in the construction of ecological civilization; mountainous regions attention to ecological protection and construction, strengthen policy system and legal system construction, rational development and utilization of resources and accelerating the mountain urbanization.
