Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In The Process Of New Urbanization

Under the current new situation,new urbanization is the theme of economic and social development,and it is also a powerful driving force for further completing reform and transformation.Ecological civilization construction is an important driving force for new urbanization construction,the new type of urbanization construction is an important carrier of ecological civilization construction.In the past,in the process of urbanization in China,one-sided pursuit of economic growth by the government ignored many of the ecological problems caused thereby.Land use is irrational,construction land is continuously expanding,urban water pollution is prominent,and urban living water consumption is affected;air pollution in cities and towns is serious,affecting residents' respiratory health;solid waste pollution is serious and affects the living environment;and the constraints on energy resources in urbanization are strained.With the rapid development of urbanization,the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment has had a serious impact on people's physical and mental health,and has become a “bottleneck” that restricts the development of urbanization in China,and has become a problem that must be resolved.From the macro perspective of ecological civilization,we have fully grasped the new type of urbanization,and based on the theoretical basis of Marx's ecological thinking and the theory of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,we have summarized the specific ecological problems that have emerged in China's new urbanization.The citizens' ecological civilization awareness is not strong enough,the concept of development of urbanization is backward,public participation in environmental protection mechanisms is immature;the extensive economic development mode of urban enterprises,the industrial structure and layout of the urban industry are not reasonable enough,and and investment in urban environmental infrastructure is insufficient;the legal system of urban ecological civilization construction is not perfect,the government's enforcement of ecological civilization construction is not enough,the environmental protection supervision department is ineffective in monitoring environmental pollution.On the basis of analyzing and studying the problems and causes of the construction of ecological civilization in new urbanization,the concept of ecological civilization has been fully integrated into the construction of urbanization,and the essential requirements for the construction of ecological civilization have been takenas the resting point,from culture,economy,and The four aspects of land and systems will be explored and constructed to promote the realization of ecological civilization construction in the process of new urbanization:Strengthen publicity and education,improve citizens' awareness of ecological protection;change the concept of traditional urban development and develop ecological civilization;advocate green lifestyles and cultivate correct ecological values.Optimize the industrial structure,raise the level of economic development in cities and towns;prevent ecological pollution,promote enterprises to carry out clean production;innovate environmental protection technologies and develop green and low-carbon ecological economy.Build main functional areas to clarify the direction of urban development;use land intensively to achieve sustainable urban development;increase financial investment and improve ecological infrastructure.Improve the legislative system,implement the protection mechanism of ecological construction;improve the public participation mechanism,optimize the governance of ecological towns;strengthen the regulatory system and enhance the management capacity of ecological towns.In the process of advancing a new type of urbanization,we will actively implement the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,adhere to the concept of ecological civilization,and take a green,healthy,intensive,sustainable development path.
