The Systematic Study For Security Identity In Tourist Attractions Based On Human-machine-environment Theory

With the development of society and economy, tourism has become a living part ofthe the residents, and with the growing emphasis on the quality of life of residents, thequality of tourism requirements are also increasing, especially the tourism safety. Tomeet this demand, the domestic tourist attractions continue to strengthen thecompetitiveness of the basic construction of the tourist area to enhance the level oftourism and scenic management, but in the process of building the hardware system,more attention was paid to the direct profit of tourism services instead of theinvisible service and the identification system of tourist attractions, especially theconstruction of secure identification systems. The security identification systems ofthe tourist system is an integral part to improve the management level of the touristattractions, and it makes the communication among the travellers, tourist resouces andatracctions become available. So it is of great significance to study this system andidentify the relationships between the tourist attractions security identificationsystems and the demand for it.This paper first defined the concept of "tourist attractions security identify system",that is, it is an identity group for security purposes or a tourist resort which wasbased on the security identity, using a variety of medias to express all kinds of ways totransmit the scenic tourist safety informations to the travellers to guide their travelbehaviors, so as to guarantee the safety of tourists and tourist attractions. Secondly,analyzing the interactive relationships between three relevant elements,that is, human,machine and environment. Specially analyzing the classification, function, designprinciples, and logo design elements which includes color, text, graphics and so on.Then it comcludes the schdule of the tourist security identity, that is, investigationphase, preparation phase, safety logo design phase, production and installation phase, and evaluation and feedback phase. At last, making an investigation of perception ofsecurity identification system in Laoshan Scenic and proposing feasible suggestions,namely: improving basic theory of the tourist security identification system; learningfrom foreign experience, highlight local culture style; borrowing a modern high-tech,focusing on emotional design; improving the government functions and strengtheninginfrastructure construction; encouraging tourists to participate in the desinging. Thisstudy provides empirical data to support the safety of tourist attractions for futureidentification system research.
