Tourist toilet is an essential facility for visitors,as an important part of the basic system of public service in tourist spot,it is either an vital place to help tourists to solve their physiological needs,or an key factor for the tourists to play and experience.With Chinese rapid tourism market development,the number of tourists increases each year,which also makes toilets in tourist spots become more and more serious in use.In order to solve the current situation of dirty,chaotic and terrible toilets in tourist attractions,the National Tourism Administration launches a clean-up and rectification activity,"toilet revolution" of tourist attractions.As the first users of toilets in tourist spots,visitors' evaluation and feeling is the most direct manner to test the service quality of toilets in tourist spots.The innovation of this paper is just on the base of visitors' needs and experiences,with the thinking and mode of service design to analyze visitors' behavior and path to go to the toilet to find the root solution and improve the quality and service function of toilet construction in our tourist spots.With the help of literature collection and on-site investigation in the paper,to deduce and sort out current toilet problems in tourist spots,and on the base of analysis and comparison of cases of toilets in domestic and foreign tourist spots,sum up the design methods of toilets there so as for relevant experience for future design practice.This paper makes a deep investigation and analysis of the construction and use of toilets in tourist spots,and sums up the existing problems and shortcomings.Through qualitative research,this paper analyzes on the important factors to the construction of toilet in tourist spots professionally,and summarizes links and design standards that should be concerned to the construction of toilet in tourist spots.On the other hand,take the Wawu Mountain tourist spot as an example to analyze the problems existing here,through the questionnaire survey,users interview to understand visitors' importance and satisfaction perception,then arrange the data again and divide the requirements hierarchy and calculate the weights.According to the results of the analysis,set up the visitor experience demand model.Finally,we can visually display the user needs,processes,behaviors and behavior descriptions of tourists during the process that they are going to the toilet through the user experience map,and analyze the tough problem of tourists and discover the new business opportunity in scenic spot,so as to provide some design ideas for the planning of service blueprint.This paper analyzes the toilet access path of tourists and the toilet service behavior of tourist scenic spots by adopting the design method of service blueprint,and then put forward the corresponding measures from five main aspects such as hardware equipment demand,sanitary condition demand,special crowd demand,decoration culture demand and management system demand,and achieves the upgrade oftourists' toilet experience,so as to realize the real enhancement of the overall experience and evaluation of tourists on the scenic spot and build a well-known scenic spot tourism brand finally.
