To keep the ecological security of regions and promoting accordance between human and nature, the celerity and healthy development of society and economy, it is important to study the carrying capacity of a area. Heilongjiang Province, a extensive dominion, notable diversities in social, economic and natural between imparity areas. Meanwhile, with the increasing evolution of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province, this cities are in a period of growth and facing challenges of economic rebuilding and new industry selection. It has typical significance to study the space quantitative dynamic changes of the ecological carrying capacity to better guide the sustainable development of Heilongjiang Province and similar areas.This paper selects12prefecture-level city in Heilongjiang Province as the study area, selected23indicators in four areas of ecological bearing capacity,ecological elastic capability and resource bearing capacity, social influence, using a global factor analysis method to calculate the2003-2011temporal dynamic changes of ecological carrying capacity of the Heilongjiang province, while using cluster analysis and calculation of the coefficient of variation, investigate the time and space changes in ecological bearing capacity characteristics in Heilongjiang Province. Combine with the present trends of the region, discuss the ecological bearing capacity of the region, not only a correct understanding of the ecological environment in Heilongjiang province, but also from the perspective of improving the ecological bearing capacity of the region, giving suggestions, thus promoting economy to coordinate and natural environment development.It turned out that:the ecological bearing capacity of Heilongjiang Province was first decreased and then increased by a U-shaped curve characteristics. From the sub-bearing capacity, the carrying capacity index of the Province of resources are to achieve an increase. Social influence index contrast, in addition to Yichun City, the social influence of other11cities in the index were down there, Suihua largest decline. Ecological elastic force index are changing, and other five cities of Suihua down the index fell, Harbin and other seven cities are to achieve exponential increase. Environmental carrying capacity index, there were seven cities declined, five cities to achieve exponential increase. Clustering around the ecological bearing capacity of this cities in Heilongjiang Province are to maintain a strong stability. The capacity of the Province index lower, the ecological carrying capacity the economically developed regions index increased rapidly.The last longer of the traditional development model affect the social and the economic development of the province, the ecological carrying capacity of Heilongjiang Province,12cities have different levels of decrease appeared phenomenon.According to current situation of ecological carrying capacity of Heilongjiang Province, offered the sustainability advocate the evolution of green economy, to build innovative green technology and features institutional mechanisms to support green energy, The whole process of ecological green manufacture and consumption, and facilitate the economic comprehensive, pursue balanced and sustainable development.
