Land Ecological Security Evaluation In Henan Province

The healthy and stable land ecological function is the key to maintaining economic security, social stability, it is not only related to the country’s political, economic, national defense, and the survival of the people’s safety, but also is related to the whole area sustainable development of ecological environment as a whole. Henan province is China’s agricultural province, in recent years because of its rapid economic development, the problems in land ecological security is increasingly prominent. Solve the problem of land ecological security, to curb ecological deterioration, reasonable and effective use of resources, has become a major problem has attracted much attention from all over the world and to be solved urgently.In this paper use the eighteen cities of Henan as the research unit, on the basis of ecology, ecological security, sustainable development, systematics theory,ecosystem health theory, Using DPSIR model construction of land ecological security evaluation index system, using the comprehensive index model to measure the city of around2006,2008,2006of land ecological security situation. Through the comparative analysis the change of land ecological security level in the eighteen cities, combining with the spatial pattern of urban land ecological security analysis, principal component analysis and the analysis of the coordination of the results, puts the eighteen city land ecological safety problems and control measures. The main content of the research and results are as follows:(1) Construction the land ecological security evaluation index system in the eighteen cities of Henan province. Based on the concept of land ecological security and index principles, on the basis of full understanding of the use D-P-S-I-R model building contains the driving force, pressure, status, influence, response,5big system, a total of24indicators of land ecological security evaluation index system. The index system consists of target layer, criterion layer and index layer. Target layer for the comprehensive value of land ecological security, criterion layer to restrict the main factor of land ecological security in Henan province, index layer is consists of indicators can be measured directly or indirectly to obtain, in Henan province comprehensive evaluation index system of land ecological security is the most basic indicators.(2)Land ecological security evaluate of Henan province. Comprehensive index model is used to calculate comprehensive value of land ecological security,18cities of Henan for land ecological security evaluation, and then divide the land ecological security level. In this paper, the land ecological security level is divided into five levels. Comprehensive evaluation results show that the overall in2011the land ecological security situation has improved considerably of Henan province compared with2006. Land ecological security comprehensive value fluctuate within the range of0.65, including zhengzhou, xinyang, xuchang in good level of land ecological security level, about18.97%of the total area of land of every cities in2006. Land ecological security comprehensive value fluctuate within the range of0.70, the xinyang, xinxiang, jiaozuo, kaifeng, xuchang in good level of land ecological security level, about32.83%of the total area of land of every cities in2008. Land ecological security comprehensive value fluctuate within the range of0.70only in luoyang, nanyang, shangqiu, jiyuan land ecological security level is sensitive, other city in good level, about67.19%of the total area of land of every cities in2011.(3) Research the land ecological security countermeasures of Henan province. Analysis the impact factors of land ecological security, principal component analysis, analysis of coordination of the eighteen cities. Coordination analysis results show that the land ecological security level and coordination degree has certain correlation coefficient values, LuoYang, XinXiang, NanYang, XinYang, the coordination degree coefficient of ZhouKou city value, this three years has been in a declining trend, heralding the possible deterioration of land ecological security situation in the future, the regional land ecological security guidance control has certain prediction, early warning role. For municipal land ecological security situation put forward rationalization proposals and countermeasures, such as speed up the adjustment of urban industrial layout and industrial structure, improve the urbanization level of cities in Henan province, increasing investment in science and technology, control population growth, reducing environmental pollution and control of industrial "three wastes" and reduce pesticide chemical fertilizer seems to establish land ecological safety evaluation and early warning and monitoring system, strengthen the management of ecological security.Henan land ecological security evaluation and research is not only related to national strategic security, but also related to the rise and fall of the central plains region, this study can help people understand the land ecological security situation and difficulties, to optimize the land use structure in Henan province, construction of ecological security pattern, coordinate the relationship between land ecological security and economic development has important theory value and practical guiding significance.
