This paper discusses the current research status, industry trends and research which are closely related to subframe of fracturing truck. Then it emphasizes the necessity of the vibration characteristics of the subframe and makes a complete study of ideas because of a shortage of the traditional design theory and fracturing sets needs of the situation in the future. In this paper, the finite element method is used to simulate the stress, strain and displacement when subframe is under a variety of static loading conditions. Therefore the results is applied as a basis for analysis of the vibration characteristics of subframe under dynamic loads.2500HP fracturing pump truck is typical and actual significance for the study. First, a multi-body3D geometric parameters model, which contains90parts, three categories, is established by using Solidworks. Especially, the parameters can be interactive between the Ansys workbench finite element model and geometric model in Solidworks. This research has considered corners, connecting plates that were previously neglected so that it will be more close to the real situation. Due to multi-body model, interference check is necessary before the finite element model is established. By the way, the model contains totally112automatic contact pairs, manual10face ones, and the contact surface between the subframe and mainframe is replaced with face contacts. In order to study the vibration characteristics on subframe, it is important that research. Firstly its static properties under static load such as when it stop at full load,or when in a single round vacant, emergency braking emergency cornering and on the slope. Secondly, boundary conditions are imposed correspondingly according to different working conditions, for simulation and practical constraints loaded situation are same. The FEA results show that static strength of subframe fully meets the requirements. On the one hand it verifies the strength of the static strength of subframe; on the other hand, the static results can be as prestressed conditions for researching the subframe vibration characteristics.Dynamic Response of subframe finite element analysis of multi-body structural dynamics are studied natural vibration characteristics (including non-prestressed and prestressed state) and spectrum characteristics by fracturing pump harmonic excitation, uneven road surface excitation.1),The modal analysis shows frequency and the corresponding vibration of the former eight-order mode, and the no prestressed modal analysis shows the frequency range and a better good range of installation location about installation equipment, then prestressed modal analysis indicates that the work safety frequency scale of the subframe.2), The harmonic response analysis results obtained maximum displacement, stress and strain response, when fracturing pump works by a specific harmonic excitation frequency, but we can see the subframe in a safe condition in accordance with the fracturing pump frequency range.3), random response analysis obtained two kinds of condition under certain probability level. From a series of dynamics and static analysis and simulation results in various conditions on fracturing truck subframe it can conclude mainly:1),2500HP subframe meets the static and dynamic strength in typical operating conditions.2), maximum stress prone position of the subframe is in the first five vertical and horizontal beams welded plate, and its maximum displacement prone position is in the tail. Not only the results validate the practice, but also the clear idea of the whole analysis has reference guide to the frame optimization and design. Finally, further reflection and personal outlook on the study are put forward.
