With the increasing difficulty of oil production, large-scale fracturing formation is needed. In order to meet the increasingly stringent working condition of drilling, fracturing process require the Fracturing truck to develop toward high pressure, large displacement, high power and automation direction, the fracturing truck which Arises at the historic moment has been greatly improved in terms of performance than the 2500HP.However, in the process of fracturing, the burst accident of connecting elbow had happened, which has serious security hidden danger in the fracturing process. Such a large vehicle vibration amplitude will inevitably affect the service life of parts and easy to cause safety accidents. This is not accepted in fracturing operations. It is necessary to reduce the vibration of the fracturing truck.This paper around the model fracturing truck structure characteristics and working conditions and so on, in the process of theoretical analysis, the study of the vibration frequency of fracturing truck simplified model mainly adopts finite element analysis software in a fracturing pump consolidation and spring conditions, and on the basis this, the further use of cable signal test system for vehicle vibration test and theoretical analysis in the late work. In this paper, specific work is as follows:First of all,this paper summarizes the fracturing truck industry prospects and the research status both at home and abroad, points out that the existing literature in the process of fracturing truck vibration analysis, mainly uses fracturing truck frame as the research object, while ignoring the excitation force calculation and high pressure pipe layout scheme. Analysises on the actual economic value and theoretical significance, then introduces our country and the tendency of fracturing truck vehicle vibration characteristics research. From actual conditions, determines the main content and related ideas of the research.Secondly, due to the fracturing truck vibration source is the fracturing pump which is located at the end of the fracturing truck, this paper introduces the structure and tectonic characteristics of triplex pump, describes the working principle of the liquid Imbibition and drainage, and plunger displacement calculation formula is given in a new coordinate system. And analyzes the force state of connecting rod, crosshead, etc. with the statics method, gives the stress calculation formula for each component, Dynamic analysis is carried out on the crank connecting rod mechanism, three cylinder piston pump system inertia force of the resultant force.Again, using finite element analysis, this paper analysises fracturing truck each order modal by simplifying the fracturing truck each large mass,amplitude is large at each great quality where the fracturing pump is at the worst. fracturing truck vibration test can provide reference for measuring point position. Moreover, the vehicle vibration test, uses hardware equipment UT8908-FRS dynamic signal acquisition, acceleration sensors, data lines and auxiliary equipment, focusing on testing the vibration of 4-6 files.Finally, in the process of fracturing, the elbow will be subjected to various loads. Based on the above results, this paper will give some suggestions for the layout of the high-pressure pipe in the operation of Fracturing truck working.Through the above analysis, we can get the following results or conclusions:(1) From Wei Chao Wang "three cylinder icwp balancing analysis and optimum design of and get the three cylinder crank and connecting rod mechanism of reciprocating inertia force and the rotating inertia force balance, but reciprocating moment of inertia and rotary inertia torque imbalance;(2) Consolidation of the fracturing pump, Third order modal frequency is 5.12737Hz, close to the just and fracturing pump’s fourth gear, engine speed 1900r/min frequency and three plunger reciprocating motion imbalance caused vibration frequency 5.1 Hz, and vibration modal and fracturing pump excitation direction superposition, will appear larger resonance phenomenon.(3) In the process of testing, the displacement amplitude of the fracturing pump in the 4th,5th,6th gear, respectively,20.49mm,8.72mm,8.68mm.(4) the connection between the fracturing pump and the elbow of the high pressure pipe, The Z direction (circumferential) maximum stress and stress amplitude can be effectively reduced by using the two bend joint with different arrangement, which has a very important effect on the fatigue life of the joint. But in the same side of the layout of the double bend joints not only did not play a role in reducing the stress amplitude, but compared to the single elbow operation of the ring to the stress amplitude increased significantly.Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward for the high pressure pipe arrangement in the operation of the fracturing vehicle:(1) to take appropriate measures to reduce the vibration of fracturing vehicle in the upper and lower direction;(2) when the two bending joints are used, it is recommended to take the vertical or near vertical arrangement of the bent joint.
