At present, the NSP cement production in the cement industry production accounts for aconsiderable proportion of. New methods of production and the DCS technology promote thestandardization and modernization of the cement industry. DCS control system finishes the jobof cement production monitoring, including equipment switch quantity inspection and control,equipment analog quantity given and testing. The DCS for cement enterprise informatizationhas brought great development, but it is still inadequate.Cement enterprise production information includes the cement production processinformation, product quality information, and production management information.Information of cement production process is the production data which the DCS monitors,and these data can reflect the energy consumption of the cement plant production, resourceconsumption and the production efficiency and other important problems.The research purpose of this subject is to design and develop the cement productioninformation management and analysis system, for establishing optimal control and enterpriseinformation management platform of the data.The system has data acquisition subsystem, data storage subsystem and datamanagement and analysis subsystem three parts. In Data acquisition subsystem, there are twodata entry interface, the automatic interface and the artificial interface. The Automaticinterface adopts the OPC interface technology, accesses DCS and collects production processinformation through the OPC server. The artificial interface is open for product qualityinformation, and production management information. The information stored by the datastorage subsystem has two categories, system information and cement production information.System information includes the information of user management, rights management andcontrolled dot. The controlled dot information stored in a comparison table, and this table isdesigned to improve the system generality and portability. Its application has realized the dataindependence of the system and DCS control system. Production process information adoptedthe form of many tables storage (One cement enterprise’s production process informationstorage tables include5analog quantity tables and10switch quantity tables); Datamanagement and analysis subsystem in a variety of ways such as reports, data trends shows cement production information, form of quality management, production management,equipment management reports, as well as the data list, data line chart, data histogram, etcdata analysis model.System adopted the client layer, application layer and data layer three layers of B/Sstructure, using the Microsoft.NET technology platform. The database version is MicrosoftSQL Server2008. The programming environment is Visual Studio2010, and the use ofprogramming language is c#.
