In the new round of industrial revolution environment,traditional manufacturing enterprises urgently need to upgrade their manufacturing system to a high level of intelligence,and the acquisition of production information is the foundation.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt Internet of Things technology,strengthen data acquisition capability,and build a unified monitoring platform for real-time data acquisition.This paper takes a domestic metallurgical saw blade Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and designs a production information acquisition system for enterprises set up by using Internet of things technology.By studying the production technology of the enterprise,the whole frame of the acquisition system is designed.The information of CNC machine tool is collected with STM32F407ZGT6 microcontroller as the core.At the same time completed the RFID acquisition module related hardware construction,completed the metallurgy saw blade process status acquisition.The server uses My SQL database for storage,completes the design of encapsulation format,uses multithreading and socket technology to realize the information transmission,and studies the thread priority.At the same time,an adaptive fault temperature feature extraction method is proposed for the temperature fault diagnosis of machine tools,a fault feature library is constructed to realize the early warning of the temperature fault,and an estimation algorithm is proposed for the network switching.Finally,a terminal platform is designed using Java to realize real-time monitoring and fault information of the device.The performance of the system is tested by simulating multiple concurrent users at the same time,and it is verified that the performance of the system meets the requirements of actual monitoring.This paper completes the overall design of the production information acquisition system of the enterprise,realizes the acquisition,transmission,storage and display of production information data,and the system performance meets the actual needs of the enterprise.Therefore,the research work of this paper provides a feasible scheme for the collection and remote monitoring of production information in actual production.Figure55;Table14;Reference 57...
