Wetland,which is the special natural integration of wet creatures,wet environment, forests and oceans form the three global ecosystems.Therefore,it is called"kidney of the earth".However during the reeent years,wetlands in lower reaehes of Tumen River have been influeneed by industrialization and economic dedevelopment in the basin of TumenRiver,and the changes of hydrological condition resulted from the reclamation of farmland and human activities.It not only reduces the area of wetlands,but also dramatically changed the cluster structure of wetlands.Therefore,it is of great value to master and study the security condition of wetland ecosystem in this area.It contributes to providing a scientific basis for proteeting eco-environment, and it has a great significance for the rational exploitation,conservation and sustainable development of the wetlands in Tumen Riverdown stream area.This text is based on a more detailed summary of the present security research condition of domestic and international wetland eeosystem, and founds the evaluation system of ecology security which is suited for the wetland in lower reaches of Tumen River.In this system,firstly according to the five stage criterions reeognized as the very security, security, general security, insecurity, very insecurity, and combining the characteristies of wetland inTumen River downstream,using the model of "press-status-response"(PSR), The system is divided into3item layers and7factor layers, with35indicators intotal, and provides quantitative standard values for each indicator. The index system includes several major indicators including those reflecting physics, chemistry, biology, landscape features, ecology, socio-economy, and human activities.The weight of each index is calculated using an AHP and then the final index value calculated using three-step, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The value index0.4869was obtained as the over all security index of the wetland ecosystem in the lower reaches of Tumen River, which can be categorized as a general security state. The security index for the pressure system was0.4892, the response system was0.4626, and the state system was0.5088. The membership at each level was16.12%,23.25%,15.26%,16.76%and28.61%. And analyzes the restricting factors of wetland ecological safety in the lower reaches of Tumen river.Based on the analysis of the causes of the wetland with threatened with CEI of the different types of wetland ecological security evaluation.The CEI of Lake wetland, Marsh wetland, River wetland, Artificial wetland and Ecological tourist area of wetland ecological comprehensive evaluation value are:0.8251,0.8250,0.6141,0.8250,0.6141.Finally puts forward to establish wetland park planning scheme in the lower reaches of the Tumen River, function zoning can be divided into service reception area, wetland ecological restoration demonstration area, wetland core area, wetland environmental education base, ecological agriculture experience area, wetland ecological agriculture demonstration zone, longshan reservoir wetland optimized, wetland ecological tourist area eight district, to landscape node planning of ecological tourist area, comprehensive benefit evaluation of wetland park.The final fitting the decision and basis for the local government and relevant departments to provide the Protection strategy for wetland ecosystem.
