In recent years, along with our country economy and the rapid development ofscience and technology, the development of civil infrastructure also follow up quickly.The rapid development of highway, railway and urban underground railway isparticularly significant. Especially in the country’s western development strategy,especially the basic importance to construction of highway, railway and other economicdevelopment.Tunnel excavation is the construction of highway, railway and city isinevitable in the process of underground railway, common methods for the commontunnel excavation is economic and efficient drilling and blasting excavationmethod.However, the tunnel drilling and blasting vibration on the tunneling near thebuilding (structure) to build the impact, or even serious damage.Earthquake is one of the main hazards of tunnel drilling and tunneling blastingvibration, when near a natural gas pipeline engineering facilities, in order to ensure thesafety of the gas pipeline, the tunnel drilling and tunneling blasting vibration on theimpact of natural gas pipeline is particularly important.Based on kai xian county of chong qing the monkey rock tunnel engineeringexamples, according to the engineering survey, engineering design data, the oil and gaspipeline protection act of the People’s Republic of China regulations relevant data andgas pipelines, the monitoring to the vibration of the data processing and analysis, drawSa Rodolfo J Ki empirical formula, and natural gas pipeline vibration caused by drillingand blasting excavation construction effect for scientific prediction and forecast, tochoose a scientific and reasonable blasting parameters.In addition to the related literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes relatedtheory, experience, and has put forward scientific research, statistics and analysis,mainly the following conclusions:①The actual project monitoring is the most "speed only once in1.52cm/s exceedsthe limit velocity of1.5cm/s, and according to Mr Samuelson empirical formula, hasforecast point8#in figure1-1and point3#,4#in figure1-2pitch most hours ofvelocity are far less than1.5cm/s, verify the feasibility of the limit velocity.②Drilling and blasting vibration produced by stress wave propagation rule is: theattenuation increases with zero distance, the smaller the critical pitch decays faster; Thelarge explosion speed and pitch is the most part is been relationship; Three vector in the Y direction on the speed to the highest frequency (radial).③The vibration frequency of the vibration caused by natural gas pipeline in Y(radial) the frequency of the highest; Vibration is mainly appear in40~80HZ.
