This article take the Shanxi province Xin zhou County elm slope mine inclined shaft excavation blasting vibration effects of the ground as the object of study. In this paper the monitoring content and principle of blasting vibration, blasting vibration effect of blasting seismic wave control and frequency domain characteristic theory in detail. According to the county sewage treatment plant built (structure) to build on the test requirement and content, detailed test plan formulation process and the selected test instrument features, and with a large number of test data analysis author draws the following conclusions:(1) Inclined shaft excavation blasting, different types of hole of the free surface condition on surface vibration impact, from the measured blasting seismic wave, forward cut hole blasting seismic effect caused by the most intense, the surface vibration velocity amplitude are other types of blasting with more than2times.(2) The data analysis, the slope excavation blasting on ground vibration effect is divided into three regions:blasting forward influence zone, blasting face above the impact zone, blasting hole impact zone.
