Water is the Source of Life, production, ecological base, both are indispensable,and irreplaceable, is the essential factor resources of economic society and humandevelopment. The crisis of water resources and intensify and human lack effectiveprotection of water resources and management in economic activities has animportant relationship. Water resources are important natural resources for socialand economic development, the vast majority of human economic activities relatedto water resources. Sustainable development is a basic strategy of current and futureof the human society and economic development. Our country is facing anincreasingly serious of traditional water resources management activities obviouslycan not meet these requirements and challenges. To realize the sustainableutilization of water resources objectives must change the traditional water resourcesmanagement activities, the construction of modern water resources managementsystem of the new technology to the view of sustainable development, the viewpointof system and comprehensive point of view.According to the actual situation of Qingdao ground water in Dagu river areaof main pollutants, through the analysis of the monitoring data of groundwaterquality in recent years, the water quality monitoring data and field investigationresults complement, simulation and prediction of major pollutants in Dagu Rivergroundwater by using mathematical model of pollution. Based on the content modelof coupled water quality model, fitting and verification of the model using the waterquality monitoring data in2010and2009, September1,2010to September1,2016,the final simulation and prediction of groundwater in the NO3-and C1-concentration. But inthe prediction stage, the nitrate nitrogen in most groundwater is still higher than thenational drinking water standards; and in the groundwater increase exploitation,nitrate concentration decreased greatly, nitrate in groundwater will restore the most,to reach the standard of drinking water; this shows that completely cut off,agricultural pollution, nitrate in groundwater the recovery time is necessary. And thesimulation for the chloride ion is divided into two schemes, namely status predictionand increase exploitation to the maximum yield. Because prior to the establishmentof sea salt water intrusion and cutoff wall, study on chloride ion area mainlyconcentrated in the southeastern part of the study area. In the different schemes ofthe forecast period, the concentration of chloride ions in the region is stable, no bigchange, but with the passage of time, the increase in production conditions,pollution range of chloride ion has expanded, this may be due to changes inproduction of water body pollution caused by chlorine ion outward expansion.In conclusion, simulation and prediction of major pollutants on nitrate andchloride ions of these two kinds of groundwater of the Dagu river water resourcesutilization conducive to a better future.
