Large mining height Full-mechanized Caving Mining Technology in China’s mining gently inclined thick coal seam are more and more widely used in. This article through to the coal mine two coal mine29209working face, well versed in three mine39104working face, Tashan mine8202face, Tongxin mine8106working face, Baode Sunjiagou mine13304face five Full-mechanized Caving Mining with large mining height working face of mine pressure observation of mine pressure, data analysis, working face roof study on motion feature, face first weighting and periodic weighting distance analysis, studied the high caving working face of mine pressure appearance rule, research shows that:(1) high caving working face roof first weighting interval with the top coal thickness increases, but the cycle pressure step change less;(2) high caving hydraulic support working resistance with high mining height, thickness of top coal increases. RFPA software was used to simulate the Pingshuo Mine two mine29209work face open-off cut is moving forward with16m process of top coal fragmentation, through simulation studies of29209working face in advancing a process of top coal fragmentation characteristics and stope stress distribution, research shows that:(1)29209working face advancing to12m top coal fractures, gradually fully, the top coal broken in good condition, when the advance to16m, top coal fracture development fully, if in the actual production process, can be first placed coal test;(2) in the process of29209working face support pressure in the range of5-11m, the highest peak of about6.1Mpa, as the original rock stress value (3.2Mpa)1.9times. Study on the relationship between the support and surrounding rock mechanics, determine the hydraulic support selection principles and Full-mechanized Caving Mining with large mining height hydraulic support working resistance calculation method, research shows that:the supporting strength, supporting height, time step is still high caving hydraulic support in the selection of important parameters in.
