The Study On Bayinbuluke Resident’s Ecological Consciousness Current Situation And Countermeasures

Ecological consciousness is a kind of harmonious development of man andnatural environment of new values, it’s the important symbol of human civilization inmodern society, the deteriorating ecological environment eagerly calling for theimprovement of people’s ecological consciousness.Since the20th century, theenvironment problem has become a worldwide problem facing the whole mankind.Since reform and opening up in china, the economic development has maderemarkable achievements, but there is also appearing serious environmental problem.Environmental practice around the world has shows that the best measure is the wholepeople involved, but the whole people to participate in is based on the improvementof citizens’ consciousness of ecological civilization. Only the concept of ecologicalcivilization deep in the human, it can lay the foundation to establish ecologicalcivilization society. And only when you understand the current situation of ecologicalcivilization and consciousness of citizens, it can be converted to citizens’ ownbehavior, and promote the ecological civilization of the whole society better.Bayinbuluke, as the second largest grassland in china, one of the six mostbeautiful swamps and the world natural heritage. its residents’ awareness of ecologicalcivilization directly related to the fate of the land. Research the Bayinbulukeresidents’ ecological consciousness, to understand the situation, analyze problems andpropose recommendations, to protect the local environment, to strengthen theconstruction of local ecological civilization and promote local science, sustainabledevelopment has important significance.This paper discusses the awareness of Bayinbuluke residents’ ecologicalconsciousness from four parts:The first part describes the meaning of Ecological consciousness, characteristicsand main contents; and the importance of ecological civilization construction ofChina’s socialist ecological civilization.The second part, introduce the basic situation of Bayinbuluke and its inhabitants,then through the form of questionnaire, to study the status of ecological consciousness of residents, analyzes its positive part and the existing problems, to discussed thesequestions detailed.The third part, on the basis of analyzing on the problems existed in the residents’awareness of ecological consciousness, respectively from the government level,education level, economic level and legal level analysis causes of the problem.The fourth part, the reason for the problems of the residents ’awareness ofecological civilization analysis, practical actionable suggestions to improve residents’awareness of ecological civilization.Expect this paper can reflects Bayinbuluke residents consciousness presentsituation from one side, and to improve the local residents’ ecological consciousnessand ecological civilization behavior to provide certain reference and advices.
