Study On The Problem Of Peasants’ Ecological Consciousness And Countermeasures

The overall layout of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has undergone a process of scientific development.From the material civilization and spiritual civilization of the 12 th to the 15 th National Congress,the report to the 16 th National Congress has increased political civilization,and then to the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee.The "four in one" eventually expanded into the "five in one" including the construction of ecological civilization.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,Xi Jinping once again stressed the importance of building an ecological civilization and proposed "accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China."The so-called "social existence determines social consciousness",the reason why China’s socialist development goals have changed,in the final analysis,depends on the changes in the actual situation of China’s social development.The move to integrate ecological civilization into the development layout is due to the increasingly serious environmental problems in China and even the world,including environmental pollution and ecological destruction.Environmental pollution includes air pollution and solid waste pollution.Ecological damage includes soil erosion,land desertification,reduction of forest and grassland resources,and reduction of biodiversity.The environmental problems in rural China are particularly prominent.There are many reasons for this.This paper aims to analyze the ecological awareness of farmers and provide some suggestions for solving the problem of farmers’ ecological awareness.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.This part analyzes the research purpose and research significance of the paper in detail,sorts out the research status of ecological awareness at home and abroad,and puts forward the author’s research ideas,research methods and innovations.The second part mainly defines the related concepts of farmers’ ecological awareness,including peasants,ecological awareness and peasant ecological consciousness,while clarifying the theoretical basis of research—the ecological thoughts of Marxist classic writers,the ecological thoughts of Chinese Communists and Chinese traditional culture.Ecological thinking.The third part introduces the problems and causes of farmers’ ecological awareness.There are problems ranging from ecological awareness,ecological science awareness,ecological responsibility awareness,ecological consumption awareness,and ecological legal awareness.The reasons are analyzed from rural areas,farmers,and government.The specific content is that the cultural quality of farmers is low,and farmers’ production and lifestyle are backward.The rural economic development level is low,the rural environmental protection facilities are not perfect,the government’s working methods are not innovative enough,and the implementation of ecological laws and regulations is not in place.The fourth part mainly introduces the cultivation countermeasures of farmers’ ecological awareness.According to the ideas of discovering,analyzing and solving problems,this paper separately cultivates “ecological farmers” to enhance farmers’ awareness of eco-environmental protection,create “beautiful villages” to create a good ecological cultivation atmosphere,and build “beautiful government” to guide farmers’ ecological practices.Targeted countermeasures.
