Walnut (Juglans regia L.) belongs to the walnut family (Juglandaceae) HuTaoshu(Juglans L.), are scattered around the world. Xinjiang is one of China’searliestplanting walnut area. Walnut is the world famous "one of the four big nut",thenuts can be eaten raw, fried food; walnut green husk (aka Qinglongyi), walnut husk,walnut leaves can be medicine, according to the folk records of walnut green huskPaojiu treatment stomach effect, some people use walnut green husktreatment ofcancer. The paper reviewed the chemical constituents, pharmacological activity ofwalnut green husk. To provide information for the development of effectivecomponentsof walnut green husk poisonous slag and utilization.1. In this experiment, ultrasonic extraction and content determination of walnutgreen husk. The orthogonal experiment showed that: the optimum extracting conditionof Flavonoids from walnut peel was A1B3C2D3, the ratio of solid to liquid1:12, alcoholconcentration of45%, ultrasonic time is65min, ultrasonic power120W. Conclusionfrom the experiment data, the factors on extraction rate of total flavonoids as: the ratioof material to liquid, ultrasonic time, ultrasonicfrequency> ethanol concentration, theextraction rate of total flavonoids,obtained in the laboratory from walnut Seedcaseswas1.496mg· g-1. The walnut green husk as material, extraction with cold ethanol,cold water extraction, hot water extraction, ethanol reflux extraction of total flavonoidsfrom walnut green husk, the extraction result, ethanol reflux extraction, hot water extraction, waterextraction, ethanol extraction and cold.2. Further resin screening and purification of walnut green husk, and the optimumextraction conditions were determined, experiments show that screening tests to proveHPD100type resin resin elution rate was80.34%, adsorption and desorption amountsis higher than the other five, so the HPD100resin showed the best comprehensiveperformance of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum extracting conditionof flavonoids from walnut peel the purified A2B2C1D2, pH8, adsorption desorptionsolution concentration is60%, thedosage of30ml. desorption time2.5. We can seefrom the experimental results,the factors influencing the rate of total flavonoidsextraction were: A> B> D> C,pH> liquid adsorption desorption concentration,desorption time, desorption liquid dosage, desorption rate can reach70.12%.3. This paper first systematically reported on the chemical constituents of walnutgreen husk walnut green husk, chemical constituents were determined bypreliminarytest, results showed that walnut green husk contains carbohydrate,classification,anthraquinone, flavone, esters, glycosides, such as oil, afterextracting the effectivecomponents, provides reference separation, has a certainthe significance of.4. This paper established a method for the determination of juglone HPLCcontentin walnut green rind, with juglone as control sample, the column was WatersXTerra RP18(250mm×4.6mm,5μ m), the mobile phase was-1%acetic acid solution(60:40), the flow rate of1.0mL· min-1, the detection wavelength was254nm, thecolumn temperature:30C; results show that juglone in0.0546~0.546μ g/mL rangeshowed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was103.37%, RSD was1.15%; the method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can provide scientific basisfor quality evaluation of walnut green husk.
